ENGINEERING DESIGN FOR VEHICLE SYSTEMS TYPE APPROVAL
Design for faster route to market.
We offer design and certification Type Approval services of vehicle sub-systems and certification for bespoke designs in full compliance with all current regulations. We simulate and stress analyse bespoke designs and report this to VCA for Approval. Our service caters for established designs and carry over designs where there is an appropriate history of in-field-use for reference.

New-to-market designs are likely to require physical testing of a representative product at an approved test facility. We design and stress-analyse new products at the development stage, prior to construction, so a successful outcome is to be assured on testing (where possible). On completion of a successful vehicle test accompanied by full supporting design documentation, we issue Certification. Certified designs are owned exclusively by the vehicle body-maker.
